Job summary

FCM Asia, based in Dumaguete, Philippines, is seeking an HR Executive to support regional HR operations across Asia. You will handle administrative HR tasks, contracts, onboarding, and policy implementation while partnering with leaders to drive HR initiatives.

The role covers recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring local employment law alignment and a strong people-centric culture across markets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional HR experience in a generalist or operational HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines labour law and HR practices for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Experience handling employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR Operations support across Asia region (JML, admin tasks).
• Maintain HR information in Workday and ensure data accuracy.
• Draft/update employment contracts, job descriptions, handbooks, forms and policies.
• Coordinate training in Workday for onboarding and compliance initiatives.
• Support recruitment, employee relations, and compliance activities across Asia.
• Act as HR contact for business inquiries and drive culture initiatives in Philippines.
