Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales.
• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and service orientation; strong leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.
• Minimum 3 years in related field; hotel industry preferred.
• Willing to work onsite and conduct sales calls outside the property.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for revenue production for hotel bookings and achieving occupancy/ADR targets.
• Support hotel sales and marketing teams; perform sales calls, client requests, and telemarketing duties.
• Identify prospective customers and maintain client information.
• Understand customer needs through questioning and sales surveys.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining relationships with clients.
• Keep customers informed of events, promotions, and hotel developments.
• Maximize room occupancy and ADR through proactive sales activities.
• Contribute to sales and marketing strategy and achieve budgeted targets.
• Perform related tasks as needed.
