Job summary

Frontier Ortigas Hotel and Resort Corporation is seeking a Sales Executive to develop corporate business and to assist in the implementation of the hotel’s Sales Strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue in Rooms.

You will drive revenue growth through client relationships, manage key accounts, conduct site inspections and meetings, and provide exceptional service from prospecting to post-booking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality, hotel, or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, account management, corporate contracting, and revenue generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hotel sales systems

Responsibilities

• Drives revenue growth by building strong client relationships, generating new business leads, and maximizing hotel sales opportunities.
• Manages and grow key accounts through strategic contracting, rate negotiations, market analysis, and account development plans.
• Conducts sales calls, site inspections, client meetings, networking events, and sales trips to expand market presence and business pipeline.
• Delivers exceptional client service by handling inquiries, coordinating VIP arrivals, and ensuring customer satisfaction from prospecting to post-booking.
• Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and account performance while providing regular sales updates and recommendations to management.
