Instalimb Solutions Philippines Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Regional Manager to own the operational and commercial performance of the Prosthetics & Orthotics business across Visayas and Mindanao.

You will lead sales execution, patient coordination, and clinic operations from Cebu, overseeing regional teams. You will drive revenue, ensure service excellence, and coordinate with HQ to implement company-wide policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience in sales, operations, or healthcare-related field.
• Proven experience managing teams in Visayas/Mindanao region (STRICT REQUIREMENT)
• Experience in multi-team field management (sales + operations)
• Strong leadership in target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
• Ability to manage frontline teams and drive daily execution

Responsabilités

• Oversee regional sales and revenue management for Visayas and Mindanao
• Lead Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to drive customer acquisition
• Execute regional sales strategies from lead to delivery
• Expand B2B partnerships within the region
• Direct patient operations and service execution across clinics
• Supervise Aftersales and customer experience teams
• Coordinate with HQ and Luzon RM for standardization
• Drive continuous improvements in sales and operations
