Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a regional financial controller/director to join the team in Baar, Switzerland. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting and treasury management in a multinational trading environment, reporting directly to the CFO.

You should have a CPA/ACCA, IFRS/GAAP expertise, and fluency in English with French proficiency. The role requires Swiss regulatory knowledge and ERP experience, thriving in a multicultural, dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years as Financial Controller in agricultural trading or related industry.
• Proficiency in English (read/write/speak) and fluent in French (speak/read).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP; familiarity with Swiss financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements per IFRS/GAAP and report to CFO.
• Collaborate on annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
• Manage daily cash flow and banking relationships; optimize fund allocation.
• Oversee tax planning, audits, and Swiss regulatory compliance.
• Provide MIS reports on financial performance and procurement.
• Lead and develop a multicultural finance team under the CFO.
