Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a seasoned CFO to lead finance, treasury, accounting and investor relations, supporting the CEO and Board as the group scales globally from Singapore.

You will drive fundraising, oversee ERP and analytics, ensure compliance with local and global reporting standards, and shape strategic planning for a multi-entity, international footprint. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong leadership and a global network.

Qualifications

• Significant CFO experience in the commodities sector, preferably with agricultural commodities.
• Proven track record in multi-entity, globally distributed organisations.
• Deep knowledge of local and global reporting, accounting standards, regulatory mandates, tax planning and structuring.
• Demonstrated expertise in raising funds through effective structures; familiarity with M&A processes and digital technologies like ERP and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Spearheading the development and execution of the group's business strategy in line with the CEO's vision for global expansion.
• Ensuring peak performance in finance, treasury, accounting and investor relations; oversee consolidation, budgeting and strategic planning.
• Drive fundraising efforts and position the firm as partner of choice for relevant business teams.
• Lead IT and process improvements before the appointment of a CTO; drive monetization schemes for internal stakeholders.
• Support the CEO in managing the Board and external stakeholders, contributing to strategic and commercial growth.
