The role collaborates with Finance, HR, and cross‑functional teams, driving process improvements and finance transformation initiatives while handling end‑to‑end R2R and month‑end close responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Experience in financial accounting, control, or R2R operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Review complex accounting transactions and determine appropriate accounting treatment based on company policies and standards.
• Prepare and validate financial reports for management and statutory requirements.
• Analyze variances, expenses, and cost drivers to provide actionable financial insights.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on payroll, compensation, and benefits-related reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning through financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve reporting efficiency through systems and automation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Review complex accounting transactions and recommend appropriate accounting treatment based on company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and validate financial reports for both management and statutory reporting requirements.
• Analyze variances, expenses, and cost drivers to provide actionable financial insights.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on payroll, compensation, and benefits-related financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning through financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve reporting efficiency through systems and automation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA required; additional finance certifications are an advantage.
• At least 4–6 years of experience in financial accounting, financial control, or R2R operations within a shared services or multinational environment.
• Strong background in financial reporting, month‑end close, reconciliations, and complex accounting transactions.
• Experience with ERP platforms such aas SAP or Oracle; exposure to finance reporting tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of IFRS or US GAAP, internal controls, and audit compliance.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
