Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Finance, Telecommunications, or FMCG industries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives.
• Break down regional targets into team goals and monitor progress.
• Visit partner merchant stores to ensure product visibility and in-store execution.
• Conduct on-site training and coaching for new sales staff on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Maintain relationships with key merchants and resolve frontline inquiries.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and promotions and report to the RSM.
• Oversee compliance with company policies and risk controls.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Assist in resolving customer issues related to installment applications.
