The role requires managing area controllers, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining Yamaha sell-out competitiveness. Willingness to travel across Luzon and work on weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising people, preferably in sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversees salespeople in the assigned area and daily operations.
• Monitors sales versus targets and area output.
• Reviews Account Grid Activities and reports area performance to regional manager.
• Monitors daily activities of area controllers and sales staff.
• Ensures Yamaha Sell-out competency in the area.
• Addresses concerns from area controllers and relays to regional head.
• Monitors area controller performance for daily reports.
