Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business-related field.
• 3–5 years sales experience with 1–2 years in leadership/supervision.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Finance, Telecommunications or FMCG; mobile/electronics sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Field Sales Representatives across Cavite & Batangas.
• Break down regional targets, assign territories, and monitor progress.
• Visit partner merchant stores to check visibility and in-store execution.
• Conduct on-site training and coaching for new staff on product knowledge.
• Maintain strong merchant relationships and resolve frontline inquiries.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and promotions in the area.
• Ensure sales conduct complies with company policies and risk controls.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates.
• Assist in resolving simple customer issues related to installments.
