Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E.).
Experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or business development is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with analytical mindset and ability to develop sales strategies.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within Mindanao area; coordinate with Marilao-based team; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, sales forecasts, and periodic reports.
