Job summary

San Miguel Foods is seeking a Safety and Environment Compliance Officer to lead the company’s Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Environmental and Sustainability programs across all sites. Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) program implementation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of local, global, and government regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and improve safety and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide OSH, Environmental and Sustainability programs to ensure full compliance with regulations.
• Represent SMF in the SMC Safety Council and conduct regional plant inspections and audits.
• Deliver EHS activities including emergency response plans, incident management, training, and evacuation drills.
• Transform raw EHS metrics into automated dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Travel locally and regionally up to 40%.
