Job summary

Rimes is seeking an EDM Pipeline Operations Manager to lead regional service delivery and governance within the EDM Managed Services function. You will act as a senior escalation point for clients and stakeholders, guiding operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives across APAC/EMEA time zones.

You will work with teams on data ingestion, processing, and datasets across indices, pricing, and reference data, while maintaining strong controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years in management roles, preferably in investment management or operational services.
• Proven track record in managing operational processes and leading multi-functional teams.
• Experience in overseeing data management, including ETF, Indices, operational data sets including Pricing, Security Reference Data, and managed Data Services
• Experience in handling intraday SLAs with high volumes
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and maintaining operational excellence.
• Strong people management skills, with proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
• Amenable to work on hybrid set up, APAC or EMEA shift and can do 2-3x a week RTO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
• Coordinate day-to-day regional performance and escalation handling.
• Maintain incident governance and audit readiness across regions.
• Provide escalation support for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead regional/global handovers to ensure continuity of service.
