Job summary

Rimes is seeking a Data Operations professional to monitor data service flows, resolve data issues, and support client/internal queries. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work within SLA-driven environments across APAC schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Finance and up to 1–2 years of data operations experience, with familiarity in EDM systems and Excel tracking tools. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Fresh Graduates or early-career with 1-2 years in Data operations / EDM / financial services.
• Able to work with APAC schedule 2-3x a week RTO.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily data service flows using internal tools and trackers.
• Identify and support resolution of data flow issues within SLAs/KPIs.
• Resolve data exceptions following SOPs.
• Conduct basic peer reviews and escalate complex issues.
• Handle non-complex client/internal queries and initial investigations.
• Escalate issues and communicate delays when needed.
• Raise and track incident tickets for service disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Follow operational controls and risk standards.
• Maintain reports, perform system checks, and document findings.
• Manage workload to meet daily commitments.

• Monitor daily data service flows using internal tools (e.g., EDM systems, Excel trackers)

• Resolve data exceptions (e.g., ID matching, validation failures) following SOPs
• Conduct basic peer reviews and elevate complex issues
• Handle non-complex client/internal queries and provide initial investigation
• Escalate issues appropriately and communicate delays when needed
• Raise and track incident tickets for service disruptions
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
• Follow operational controls and risk standards
• Maintain reports, perform system checks, and document findings accurately
• Manage individual workload to meet daily operational commitments

Qualifications & Experience (Ideal Profile)

• Bachelor's degree in:
• IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Fresh Graduates
• OR early-career experience in:
• 1-2 yrs experience in Data operations / data processing / EDM / financial services
• Can work with APAC schedule with 2-3x a week RTO
