Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Regional Director for Mindanao to lead the region’s business operations, drive strategic direction, and ensure profitability across franchising, manufacturing, logistics, commissary and maintenance activities.

You will mentor leaders, optimize processes, manage costs, strengthen supplier and stakeholder relationships, and pursue new market opportunities while upholding the company vision and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Management, or related field.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience, preferably in the food or retail industry.
• Proven leadership in franchising, manufacturing, logistics, commissary, and food industry operations.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding financial and operational targets.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; background in project management preferred.
