Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Delivery Director to lead regional delivery excellence across APAC, translating strategy into scalable, high-speed delivery across channels and time zones.

You will drive account transformation, establish operating models, and embed GenAI-enabled delivery, while steering a shared services hub and governing multi-market projects to ensure on-brief, on-time outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in delivery/operations leadership roles.
• 10+ years in agency environments.
• Extensive experience leading multi-market, multi-disciplinary delivery models.
• Proven track record of operationalising strategy into scalable delivery systems and governance.
• Strong client leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate client strategy into delivery plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement account-specific operating models and governance.
• Define and govern a shared services hub to improve scalability.
• Prioritise GenAI use cases and embed GenAI into workflows with governance.
• Lead delivery design for new opportunities, including tooling and resource models.
• Maintain regional delivery governance, capacity planning, and cross-studio collaboration.
