Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, or communications.
• Experience leading strategy teams across multiple markets, ideally within APAC.
• Clear perspective on the future of planning in an AI-first, agentic marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic planning vision for OLIVER APAC, aligned with AI-first operating model.
• Lead regional roadmap for the planning function, including capability development and best practices.
• Build and lead a regional council of strategic planners across APAC markets.
• Partner with C-suite leaders to shape growth roadmaps, client strategies, and market positioning.
