Job summary

OLIVER, a Brandtech Group company, in Manila, seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead cross‑regional workflows, policy design, and delivery optimization for creative work. You will collaborate with Head of Operations to align regional activities with global standards.

You will implement processes, train teams, ensure compliance, and drive AI‑driven efficiency while maintaining high service quality across markets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in either Account / Project Management or Agency Operations.
• Process‑driven and result‑focused approach.
• Comfortable in a Global setup across regions, cultures & time zones.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
• Ability to manage and filter workflow and prioritize workloads.
• Proficient in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office and related software.
• Self‑motivated with minimal supervision; collaborative team player.
• Proven ability to work with creative teams and communicate at all levels.
• Discretion with confidential information; proactive and enthusiastic.
• Passionate about AI and eager to learn about AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out regional initiatives that maximize efficiency.
• Support global program rollouts with regional tailoring.
• Identify, develop and implement process solutions and workflows.
• Implement global processes and best practices to boost productivity regionally.
• Train teams in proprietary and licensed workflow and analytics tools.
• Provide daily operational support with on-site and hub teams.
• Help with implementations to onboard new teams correctly.
• Maintain positive stakeholder experiences through clear communication.
• Uphold excellence in operational service and professional presentation.
