Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, implementation, or technical program/project management with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale cross-functional projects in fast-paced or enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA/MS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex, outcome-driven requirements into comprehensive project roadmaps and execution plans.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects ensuring timely, budget-conscious, high-quality releases.
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies with senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Establish and uphold rigorous quality controls, including functionality, data integrity, performance, and user acceptance criteria.
• Provide deep-dive technical guidance and collaborate with R&D to integrate new features, including GenAI.
• Identify strategic improvements to reduce manual effort and boost delivery speed while maintaining quality.
