MARKETECH APAC is seeking a Regional Conference Producer to plan and deliver our regional conferences across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. The role requires coordinating agendas, speakers, venues, and on-site logistics.

Fresh graduates welcome; hybrid work in Quezon City with travel across APAC. You will research trends, engage stakeholders, and shape content formats to captivate industry audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Agenda Development: Create and curate conference agendas with high-calibre speakers.
• Market Research: Identify trends, audience needs, topics for impact.
• Event Logistics Management: Oversee venue selection, vendors, and speakers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with speakers, sponsors, and leaders.
• Timeline Management: Plan and manage conference delivery timelines.
• Content Strategy: Develop themes and formats aligned with priorities.
• On-Site Coordination: Supervise on-site operations for attendee experience.
