Conference/Exhibition Project Director (Work From Home)
To further expand our operations, we are seeking a Conference Director to oversee our Southeast Asia-focused event initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a remote team based in Southeast Asia, including staff training and development.
- Oversee sales team leads and the broader sales teams, guiding their daily activities and performance.
- Manage event production targets and sales goals, ensuring all projects meet or exceed established objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end event operations, including pre-event setup and post-event customer support.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the conference, exhibition, summit, forum, convention organizer.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proven capability in managing remote teams across different regions.
- Strong leadership skills and a results-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
