You will manage live events across regional time zones, produce polished on‑demand recordings, and align clients, speakers, and delivery partners for reliable webinar experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating enterprise webinar programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project and workflow management skills for intake, scheduling, and delivery.
• Hands-on production experience with streaming platforms and post‑production.
• Proficiency in video editing and asset management for on-demand use.

Responsibilities

• Manage webinar intake, scheduling, workflow coordination and task tracking.
• Coordinate with clients, presenters, SMEs and partner teams to confirm requirements.
• Configure webinar and streaming platforms and perform production readiness checks.
• Lead dry runs and speaker checks, film and manage live broadcasts.
• Edit recordings and publish on-demand assets for web properties.
• Maintain program documentation, status updates and post‑event reporting.
