Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc is seeking a senior regional commercial leader to develop and drive growth across Asia's mining markets. You will shape strategy, mentor regional teams, and partner with executives to deliver sustainable value.

The role requires 10–15+ years in mining or related sectors, strong financial acumen, and a track record of leading across countries in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in mining, mining services, industrial, resources, or related sectors.
• Degree-qualified in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, Earth Sciences, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Strong commercial, financial, and business development expertise with proven P&L awareness.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial performance, profitability, and growth opportunities.
• International experience with rotational assignments or leadership exposure across multiple countries.
• Proven track record of leading regional teams and operating within matrix organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills.
• Strategic, commercially astute, and highly adaptable, with a willingness to travel extensively across Asia.

Responsibilities
