Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager – Southeast Asia to lead the Finance function across the region. Based in Metro Manila, you will oversee financial reporting, project and commercial finance, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and business performance, partnering with regional and global leaders to drive sound commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, analysis, and review of regional financial, commercial, and project performance reports.
• Drive annual budgets, forecasts, reforecasts, and financial planning activities across the region.
• Analyse financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Monitor overhead expenditure, project performance, utilisation, lock-up, and other key financial indicators.
• Develop and maintain financial models and tools supporting forecasting and management decision‑making.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, Project Managers, Country Managers, and regional leadership on financial and commercial matters.
• Identify underperforming areas and lead business improvement and cost‑recovery initiatives.
• Support due diligence activities for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, systems, internal controls, taxation requirements, and accounting standards.
• Support audit requirements and ensure timely and accurate responses to financial and compliance queries.
• Oversee project and opportunity setup, financial administration, and timely closure.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the region.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team, including workforce planning, performance management, succession, and capability development.
• Drive process and system improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and financial governance.
