Job summary

MIMS (MediMarketing, Inc.) is seeking a Sales Support and Commercial Operations Associate to compile sales data, maintain dashboards, and support regional markets. You will manage CRM cleanliness, run reports, test tools, and keep templates current while assisting with bids, costing, onboarding and training.

Based in the Philippines with strong English skills, you will report to the Regional Commercial Excellence Manager and enable efficient, data-driven commercial decisions across markets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales support or commercial operations.
• Strong Excel skills with large files, lookups and pivots.
• CRM experience day-to-day (PipeDrive, Salesforce or HubSpot); Power BI/Tableau/Looker a plus.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or Analytics; agency or pharmaceutical background a plus.
• Based in the Philippines with right to work.
• Strong command of English; regional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and data: pull and clean the sales data, update the trackers and dashboards, and prepare the monthly and quarterly reports on time.
• CRM support: keep the CRM tidy. Check for missing or wrong data, chase the market teams to fix it, and help users with day to day questions.
• Tools and testing: test new sales tools and system changes, log what does not work, and help the markets get set up on them.
• Documents and templates: keep the SOPs, templates and costing files current, and make sure everyone works off the latest version.
• Bids and costing support: put together the numbers and documents for costings and RFP submissions, track the deadlines, and record the outcomes.
• Hub and onboarding: keep the SharePoint hub and the onboarding pack up to date, and help run training sessions for new joiners.

About the role:

This is a delivery and support role in the MIMS MedComms Commercial Excellence team. You will pull the sales data together, build the reports and trackers the region runs on, and keep the commercial documents, templates and hub in order. You will work to the Regional Commercial Excellence Manager and support the country teams across markets. Most of the work is hands-on: data, reporting, testing and follow-up.
