Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate degree.
• Experience in collections management or related field.
• Exposure to credit and other lines is desirable.
• Experience with agencies/vendors management.
• Energetic initiator with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collections process at a location/city level to minimize default and bad debt.
• Coordinate with internal/external agencies to drive timely collections.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance of collections procedures.
• Lead audits of collections teams and liaise with legal for escalated cases.
• Negotiate on delinquent accounts to obtain repayments and minimize losses.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of collections strategies.
