Qualifications

• Extensive experience in collections and recovery management in fintech.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong understanding of behavioral signals and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full overdue customer lifecycle and design recovery journeys.
• Create messaging strategies and incentives for repayment.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to enhance collections.

Skills

Experience in collections, recovery, or delinquency management

Understanding of collections operations and recovery economics

Designing collections flows and customer treatment strategies

Familiarity with predictive modeling and behavioral analytics

Experience with digital channels (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
