Job summary

SSL888 Trading Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Cluster Head to oversee sales and operations of branches within the assigned cluster. The role ensures alignment with company standards, sales targets, compliance, and customer service excellence.

You will be the direct link between branch teams and senior management, driving sales growth and operational efficiency while coaching multi-branch staff and implementing programs across branches. Regular travel within the cluster is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years retail experience.
• At least 1 year in area/cluster management.
• Strong background in branch sales, cash handling, inventory and compliance.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and control operational costs.
• Leadership skills in managing and coaching multi-branch teams.
• Good communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Skilled in analyzing KPIs, preparing reports and executing branch-level strategies.
• Willing to travel regularly within the assigned cluster.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily sales and operational activities of branches within the assigned cluster.
• Ensure all branches achieve their sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Territory Sales Supervisors to plan and execute sales campaigns, branch promotions, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with the Head of Retail Division on branch concerns related to cash management, inventory, store facility and compliance.
• Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews to provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions to branch teams.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to store teams to strengthen sales techniques, compliance practices, and customer engagement.
• Lead the implementation of company programs, SOPs, marketing campaigns, and service standards across branches.
• Consolidate branch sales and operations reports and present performance insights to senior management.
• Handle escalated customer service concerns and ensure service recovery processes are implemented effectively.
• Drive training and succession planning to develop strong future leaders at the branch level.
