Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Makati is seeking a senior sales leader to drive revenue from new business and renewals across Employee Benefits products, including HMO packages and credit line offerings through established channels. You will guide a team, develop strategies, and collaborate with bank managers and corporate relationship teams to hit targets.

You will conduct regular coaching for BSEs, oversee deployments for onboarding, and ensure timely reporting with recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading insurance sales teams and meeting revenue targets.
• Able to develop and implement sales strategies to grow both new business and renewals.
• Strong relationship management with banks, corporate clients, and distribution partners.
• Proven track record in cross-selling and product enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets for new and renewal business for EB products.
• Develop and cascade team action plans and tactics; conduct regular reviews.
• Lead engagement with bank partners and corporate clients to drive growth.
• Coach BSEs, oversee 15-day deployment for new staff and ongoing training.
• Ensure timely reporting and analysis with recovery plans for lagging figures.
