Job summary

Manulife group in Cebu City is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of Financial Sales Associates. The role also serves as the primary liaison with China Bank branch officers and China Bank staff, and with the China Bank Area Head.

The Area Manager reports to the Regional Sales Head and will drive branch activation and sales targets, while mentoring the team and delivering timely reports to management in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Must have college degree from a reputable university.
• 2–4 years of experience in a sales management role.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales production targets for the area.
• Ensure Financial Sales Associates meet minimum validation requirements.
• Recruit Financial Sales Associates to achieve 100% compliment in the area.
• Manage relationships with China Bank branch officers and Area Head.
• Assist in gathering and converting qualified sales leads within branches to drive branch activation.
• Oversee sales activities of Financial Sales Associates through monitoring systems.
• Develop selling skills and knowledge of associates via joint field work, coaching, and training.
• Generate and submit reports to management in a timely and accurate manner.
