Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a Bancassurance Division Manager (BDM) to lead sales targets and oversee Bancassurance Sale Executives and Area Managers, while partnering with the bank for strategic planning and productivity improvements. You will promote the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates, ensure staffing coverage, coach teams, and identify training needs to drive performance.

Prepare consolidated reports, conduct quarterly reviews with the bank’s Division Heads, and implement action

Qualifications

• Experience in bancassurance leadership or sales management.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans across partners.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, and development of Bancassurance Sale Executives and Area Managers.
• Collaborate with the Bank Partner on strategic planning and productivity improvements.
• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Ensure reporting staff deliver targets and service levels and develop action plans.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated division reports and implement action steps.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with the bank’s Division Heads.
