Assetara Limited is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for Davao City, Philippines to develop professional B2B partnerships and manage client relationships within the region. This role will drive market development and represent the company at industry events while coordinating approved regional marketing activities.

The ideal candidate has proven BD or account-management experience, familiarity with fintech or blockchain concepts, and strong negotiation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Familiarity with blockchain and digital-asset concepts is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages help regional coverage.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and manage professional B2B partnerships within the region.
• Provide professional support and account management to existing clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and coordinate approved regional marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and pipeline reports to management.
• Operate in full compliance with company policies and local regulations.
