Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven solid experience in retail management, with a track record of success in driving sales and managing multiple stores.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned area.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store performance.
• Ensure that each store maintains proper inventory levels, visual merchandising standards, and overall store appearance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for each store.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, provide guidance to store supervisors, and identify opportunities for increasing sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with the different departments for promotions, events, and other initiatives to drive customer traffic and boost sales.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Uphold and promote a customer-centric culture across all stores.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Implements and reinforces customer service standards and best practices.
• Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits to assess and mitigate operational risks.
