Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an Area Manager for Marikina City/Pasig to oversee up to 80-150 stores. You will lead a regional team, ensure SOP compliance, and drive consistent marketing efforts across assigned stores.

The role calls for extensive experience in business management within F&B or retail and strong organizational, leadership, and coaching abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and multitasking across a large store network.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with at least 8 Year(s) of Managerial experience in F&B or Retail Industry
• Required Skill(s): Excellent Organizational, Communication, Leadership Skills, Coaching Skills, People Management Skills, and Time Management Skills
• Proficient in accounting systems or similar platforms, Microsoft Office
• Ability to beat deadlines and to also perform multiple tasks at the same time
• Strong drive towards fulfilment of company’s goals

Responsibilities

• Manages up to 80-150 stores.
• Manages the North Luzon Stores.
• Ensure all pending store maintenance issues are solved from time to time.
• To ensure all in-store assignments directed / published are executed and complying with SOP.
• To ensure that marketing efforts are consistent across all stores assigned.
• To ensure store assignments adheres to company policy & industry regulations.
• Work closely with the team to establish projects, objectives, timeliness, monitor progress and evaluate performance.
• Creates report & presentation to summarize findings of incidents, unachieved sales targets & high losses.
• Evaluating competitor through market research and survey.
• Researching demands of market research and survey.
• Review, forecast and plan succeeding/future zonal & departmental needs.
• Other job-related tasks may be assigned from time to time.
