Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation is seeking an experienced Divisional Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple branches in the Visayas. You will develop field teams, monitor performance, and ensure policy implementation.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and willingness to travel frequently for field visits and overnight stays to support branch expansion and risk management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of divisional/ multi-branch operations management experience.
• Experience in microfinance, banking, lending, financial services, or related industry preferred.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed branches and field personnel.
• Proven branch operations, portfolio/loan performance, delinquency management, and risk management experience.
• Strong leadership, people management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to conduct frequent field visits and overnight travel.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee operations of the assigned division.
• Supervise Area/Regional Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Conduct regular branch visits and monitor performance and compliance.
• Identify issues, risks, and gaps; implement corrective measures.
• Monitor branch income, cash controls, and record-keeping.
• Oversee delinquency monitoring and recovery strategies.
• Assess staff performance and development needs.
• Ensure communication of policies and procedures.
• Support branch expansion and site selection.
