Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Distributor Management within FMCG.
• Strong background in sales operations, distribution, and territory management.
• Excellent relationship-building, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within Region 2.
• Preferably based in Region 2.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand and category targets across accounts.
• Expand distribution to increase market reach and SKU listings.
• Ensure optimal distributor inventories to support trade needs.
• Monitor collections and ensure on-time payments.
• Manage and monitor claims processing in coordination with Finance.
• Conduct territory mapping and identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend and implement operational improvements for distributor efficiency.
• Execute route productivity standards to maximize sales coverage.
• Strengthen merchandising presence across channels with category planograms.
• Lead trade programs aligned with brand, channel, and category strategies.
• Develop territory mastery with coverage planning and growth opportunities.
• Train and develop Distributor Sales Teams to improve performance.
• Drive distributor profitability and sustainable growth aligned with company standards.
• Conduct target setting, business reviews, and operational reviews with distributor financials.
• Handle distributor concerns including claims management and HB reconciliation.
