JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. in Cebu City seeks a seasoned Distributor Manager to drive brand targets and expand coverage across the region, including Mindanao. The role focuses on effective distribution, channel strategy, and alignment with company objectives.

You will lead distributor sales teams, optimize route productivity, ensure timely deliveries and payments, and coordinate with Finance on claims and reviews. Strong FMCG experience is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Distributor Management experience in FMCG.
• Preference for candidates based in Caraga; open to Mindanao applicants.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve brand and category targets for new accounts.
• Drive distribution to meet targets and list SKUs.
• Ensure distributor inventory meets trade requirements.
• Ensure timely deliveries and prompt payment collection.
• Coordinate with Finance for claims and monthly reviews.
• Analyze territory potential and map coverage.
• Train distributor sales teams and support groups.
• Oversee distributor profitability and business reviews.
