Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Refunds Analyst to organize and present reports for leadership review. You will reconcile daily refunds across multiple IDRs, analyze remittance data, and ensure accurate posting in accordance with internal controls and contracts.

The role requires at least 1 year of refunds experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and clear written and verbal communication. The position offers on-site work in the Philippines with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 1 year refund experience
• IDR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and organizes reports into a format that leaders can easily evaluate.
• Perform daily reconciliation of outstanding refunds across 13 IDREs to identify overpayments.
• Analyze payer remittances and IDR settlement data to validate refund eligibility.
• Process refund transactions accurately in line with internal controls and contracts.
• Coordinate with Refund team leads and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper posting.
