Job summary

Emapta is seeking an IDR Refund Analyst in Cebu to balance reimbursements for U.S. healthcare providers. You will analyze settlements, reconcile refunds, and ensure compliant processing across Independent Dispute Resolution entities.

The role offers a night shift with weekends off and onsite setup at JEG Tower, Cebu, providing global exposure without leaving the Philippines. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a good grasp of IDR processes,

Qualifications

1 year of experience in refund processing, bank reconciliation, or general accounting.
Experience in Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and organize reports to support leadership review.
Perform daily reconciliations of refunds across IDREs.
Analyze remittances and settlement data to validate refund eligibility.
Process refund transactions in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with team leads and accounting to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate audit-ready records and support month-end reporting.
Identify and escalate discrepancies for timely resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve outstanding refund items and improve processes.
