Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 to monitor and evaluate reference data processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with policy. You will manage end-to-end processing, validation, and archiving of complex legal agreements, collaborating with Legal, Credit Risk, and Middle Office teams.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in financial reference data management or a high-precision data quality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain exemplary data accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for interfacing with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify bilateral trading documentation (ISDA Master Agreements, SFTs, futures) for alignment with standards.
• Execute high-precision data entry and validation in proprietary systems with accuracy.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve documentation discrepancies and system exceptions.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to identify data issues and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as a primary operational contact for Legal, Credit Risk, and Middle Office teams.
• Oversee digitization, indexing, and archiving of executed agreements to regulatory standards.
• Participate in initiatives to automate workflows and strengthen control frameworks.
• Support and train junior staff; assist in project delivery and risk management.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
