Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Reference Data Services Analyst 2 in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end processing, validation, and archiving of bilateral trading agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements and SFTs, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Legal, Credit Risk, and Middle Office, perform precise data entry, resolve document discrepancies, and support initiatives to automate workflows and strengthen control frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in financial reference data management in a global institution.
• Demonstrated data accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate terms into database parameters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify bilateral trading documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, SFTs, and other agreements, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Execute high-precision data entry and validation within contract management systems.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve documentation discrepancies and system exceptions; perform root-cause analyses.
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for Legal, Credit Risk, and Middle Office teams.
• Oversee secure digitization, indexing, and archiving of executed agreements for compliance.
• Participate in initiatives to automate workflows and strengthen control frameworks.
• Acts as backup for manager.
• Provide direction and training to the team and supervise junior staff.
• Manage and deliver project initiatives and ensure team delivery.
• Assess risk in business decisions with attention to firm’s reputation and regulatory compliance.
