Job summary

Citigroup Business Process Solutions Pte. Ltd. seeks an analytical Reference Data Services professional to oversee end-to-end processing and validation of bilateral trading documentation, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Legal, Credit Risk and Middle Office teams to onboard agreements and manage archival workflows. The role emphasizes data quality, process improvements, and adherence to internal standards while supporting risk management initiatives

Qualifications

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial reference data management or similar high-accuracy data environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight operational deadlines.
Ability to interpret complex documentation and translate terms into database parameters.

Responsibilities

Analyze and verify bilateral trading documentation (ISDA Master, SFT, MSLA, MSFTA, Futures Agreements).
Enter and validate data in contract management systems with high accuracy.
Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies and system exceptions.
Serve as a primary contact for Legal, Credit Risk, and Middle Office teams for onboarding trading agreements.
Digitize, index and archive executed agreements in compliance with records policies.
