Job summary

MangoJob is seeking Recruitment Specialists in Manila to support growing recruitment operations in the Philippines. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate applicants, and follow up throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and recruitment potential may be considered.
• Good English and Filipino communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and high applicant volume.
• Familiar with online recruitment tools and sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through Bossjob, social media, referrals, job platforms and other channels.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who match job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess experience, communication, qualifications, availability and fit.
• Contact and follow up candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Endorse qualified candidates for next recruitment stages.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for common positions.
• Follow up shortlisted candidates to reduce drop-offs.
• Support high-volume recruitment for different job categories.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on vacancies, requirements, and feedback.
• Meet sourcing, screening, interview, endorsement, and hiring targets.
• Support job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and online sourcing activities when required.

• Review resumes and identify candidates who match job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, qualifications, availability, and job fit.
• Contact and follow up candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Endorse qualified candidates for the next stage of recruitment.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired positions.
• Follow up shortlisted candidates and help reduce candidate drop-off.
• Support high-volume recruitment for different job categories.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding vacancies, candidate requirements, and interview feedback.
• Meet assigned sourcing, screening, interview, endorsement, and hiring targets.
• Support job fairs, recruitment campaigns, online sourcing activities, and other hiring projects when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, BPO recruitment, agency recruitment, or related experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication, organization, and recruitment potential may also be considered.
• Good English and Filipino communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate follow-up skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates through phone, chat, and online interviews.
• Able to handle multiple vacancies and a high volume of applicants.
• Organized, responsive, and able to follow up consistently.
• Able to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with job portals, Facebook recruitment, social media sourcing, and online recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Must be proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

SALARY

• ₱750 per day during the probationary period
• ₱850 per day upon regularization
