Responsibilities

• Source qualified Nurses via JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
• Conduct active and passive sourcing to identify candidates.
• Create and publish job adverts targeting Nurses.
• Perform Boolean and keyword searches to identify potential candidates online.
• Review resumes and evaluate educational backgrounds, nursing experience and qualifications.
• Conduct initial screening interviews assessing work experience, goals, availability and fit.
• Verify basic qualifications and nursing experience per job requirements.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and recruitment activities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through the process.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified Nurses through JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct active and passive sourcing to identify potential nursing candidates.
• Create and publish job advertisements targeting qualified Nurses.
• Perform Boolean and keyword searches to identify potential candidates across online platforms.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates' educational backgrounds, nursing experience, and qualifications.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' work experience, career goals, availability, and suitability for the position.
• Verify candidates' basic professional qualifications and relevant nursing experience based on job requirements.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for further assessment and interviews.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or healthcare recruitment is an advantage.
• Experience sourcing or recruiting Nurses is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of online recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with Boolean search, keyword search, and social media sourcing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
