Recruitment Specialist (for Bulk/Volume Hiring)

We are now hiring a Recruitment Officer who can handle bulk or volume hiring for blue‑collar roles.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on best and suitable Recruitment and Talent Acquisition methods.
• Manage the entire process of finding, attracting and hiring talent for clients.
• Understand clients’ search mandates in all perspectives, including business nature, organizational structure, corporate culture, job descriptions, qualification profiles and other relevant information.
• Interact and discuss search progress with clients, exercising independent judgment and decision relative to clients’ needs and queries.
• Handle and lead multiple end‑to‑end search assignments.
• Develop and implement strategies based on client needs.
• Research competitors and the marketplace.
• Define job descriptions and document specifications.
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
• Create candidate personas (assessment) for each open position.
• Conduct thorough interviews and exercise independent judgment in assessing and evaluating candidates.
• Present shortlisted candidates and detailed candidate profile summaries.
• Follow up references and conduct credit checks.
• Represent clients and handle offer negotiations on their behalf.
• Build long‑term client relationships.
• Research and develop recruiting leads.
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
• Hit the numerical target assigned to the role each month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course.
