Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Psychology or related field; 2+ years end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication with strong phone confidence and engaging personality.
• Experience in high-volume sourcing and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mining, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and maintenance roles.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate with clients for endorsements throughout the process.
• Conduct 70–80 daily cold calls and manage bulk email campaigns/LinkedIn outreach.
