Job summary

Comrise in Quezon City is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with at least 1 year of US Healthcare recruitment experience to join our growing team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles, source, screen, and interview qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

This role requires working on US night shifts and onsite in Quezon City, transitioning to a hybrid setup (3 days onsite) after 6 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of US Healthcare recruitment experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment is preferred.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
• Willing to work US shift/night hours.
