Jezem Manpower Agency, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Staff / Recruitment Officer to join our team in Quezon City.

The role involves supporting the recruitment process across healthcare, construction, and other manpower requirements, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruitment experience, exposure to overseas manpower recruitment, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in Healthcare Workers Recruitment or Construction Workers Recruitment
• Experience in Overseas Manpower / Recruitment Agency is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of applicant sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsabilités

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Staff / Recruitment Officer to join our team in Quezon City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including:

• Sourcing qualified applicants through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screening resumes and conducting initial applicant interviews
• Coordinating interviews and recruitment schedules
• Communicating with applicants regarding application status and requirements
• Maintaining applicant records and recruitment databases
• Assisting with recruitment for healthcare, construction, and other manpower requirements
• Coordinating with the recruitment team and other departments as needed
• Performing other recruitment-related duties assigned by management

Work Location:

Quezon City — near Fisher Mall / Quezon Avenue
