Logix BPO in Cebu City is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the 360° recruitment lifecycle—from intake to Day 1 onboarding—in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, and manage multiple requisitions with tight deadlines, ensuring timely updates and strong candidate experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can take full ownership of the 360° recruitment process, from understanding client and business requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, pre-employment processing, and successful Day 1 onboarding.
This is a hands-on recruitment role in a fast-paced BPO environment where priorities can change quickly and multiple hiring requirements may need to be managed simultaneously. The Senior Recruiter will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, recruitment progress is consistently communicated, and hiring targets are achieved.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, resourceful, results-driven, and confident in client and stakeholder engagement. They should be comfortable handling multiple requisitions, responding to client emails, providing recruitment updates, preparing EOD reports, developing sourcing strategies, and independently driving candidates through the entire recruitment funnel.
BPO recruitment experience is highly preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, startup, RPO, or rapidly growing BPO environment is a strong advantage.
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through Day 1 onboarding.
Understand, clarify, and validate client and hiring requirements, including qualifications, schedules, compensation, hiring targets, and other role-specific expectations.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business requirements and market availability.
Source, screen, interview, assess, endorse, and hire qualified candidates.
Manage candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate assessments and ensure candidates complete all required recruitment stages.
Manage offer discussions, offer acceptance, and pre-employment requirements.
Coordinate background checks, documentation, and other pre-employment processes.
Ensure candidates complete all requirements within the required timelines.
Endorse successful candidates to the appropriate teams for onboarding.
Coordinate closely with HR, Operations, IT, and other departments to ensure new hires are fully prepared for Day 1.
Follow through with candidates until they successfully report for their first day.
Maintain full ownership and accountability for assigned vacancies from opening through successful placement.
Act as a key recruitment contact for assigned clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain professional, timely, and proactive communication with clients regarding recruitment requirements and progress.
Respond promptly to client emails, inquiries, requests, and recruitment-related concerns.
Clarify and confirm hiring requirements to ensure recruitment efforts remain aligned with client expectations.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, interviews, endorsements, offers, and onboarding status.
Communicate recruitment challenges, hiring risks, candidate availability, and potential delays proactively.
Manage client and stakeholder expectations professionally and provide realistic recruitment timelines and updates.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and hiring managers.
Gather client and hiring manager feedback and incorporate it into sourcing and candidate selection strategies.
Escalate urgent recruitment concerns appropriately while taking ownership of finding solutions.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets and timelines.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Create and optimize job postings to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct market research to identify available talent and effective sourcing channels.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates when necessary.
Explore creative and alternative sourcing strategies when traditional channels are not producing sufficient results.
Monitor sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies based on recruitment data and results.
Support recruitment campaigns, mass hiring activities, and urgent hiring requirements.
Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely updates and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the role, requirements, schedule, and recruitment process.
Manage interview scheduling, assessments, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
Address candidate concerns and questions professionally.
Minimize candidate drop-offs through proactive follow-ups and engagement.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through Day 1.
Prepare and submit accurate daily/EOD recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure candidate statuses are updated accurately and consistently.
Monitor recruitment metrics, including applicant volume, sourcing activity, interviews, endorsements, hiring conversions, offer acceptance, pre-employment completion, and start dates.
Provide clients and internal stakeholders with clear and timely recruitment updates.
Identify recruitment bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all assigned requisitions.
Ensure recruitment reports and deliverables are completed within required deadlines.
Facilitate and coordinate job offers and offer acceptance.
Ensure successful candidates complete all required pre-employment documentation.
Coordinate background checks and verification requirements.
Work closely with HR to ensure candidates are properly processed for employment.
Coordinate with IT regarding system access, equipment, credentials, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with Operations regarding schedules, campaign assignments, training, and deployment.
Ensure new hires are properly endorsed and prepared before their start date.
Follow up with new hires and relevant departments to ensure a smooth Day 1 onboarding experience.
Track new hires through onboarding and proactively address potential issues before the start date.
Work closely with HR, Operations, IT, QA, and other internal teams to support recruitment and onboarding.
Partner with Operations to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Coordinate with HR regarding offers, contracts, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
Coordinate with IT to ensure new hires have the necessary systems, equipment, and access before Day 1.
Work with hiring managers and stakeholders to improve candidate selection and recruitment outcomes.
Support recruitment initiatives, hiring drives, and other projects as required.
At least 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
BPO recruitment experience is highly preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume BPO environment is a strong advantage.
Startup, RPO, or high-growth company recruitment experience is highly advantageous.
Proven experience handling 360° end-to-end recruitment.
Experience managing multiple vacancies, requisitions, and hiring requirements simultaneously.
Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection.
Experience handling client and stakeholder communication.
Confident communicating with clients and hiring managers through email, calls, and meetings.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Experience handling pre-employment requirements, background checks, offers, and onboarding coordination.
Strong recruitment reporting and data-tracking skills.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can operate as a true recruitment partner to the business, not someone who simply processes applicants.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment, managing multiple hiring requirements, communicating directly with clients, responding to recruitment-related emails and requests, developing sourcing strategies, and providing regular recruitment reports and updates.
You will be expected to take ownership of the entire hiring journey—from understanding the client's requirement, sourcing and assessing candidates, coordinating interviews and offers, completing pre-employment requirements, and ensuring the successful candidate reaches Day 1 onboarding.
