Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Makati, Metro Manila, is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking candidates.

You will source through LinkedIn, JobStreet and referrals, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders in multiple languages to ensure smooth hiring across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6months experience with end-to-end recruitment and candidate management.
• Required can speak Mandarin & Cantonese language.
